I finally did it, I made a blog about my crafts. Have been thinking about it a lot for a long time
but somehow never took the time to start one untill now. Have been making crafts for a long time and I like to try out new things too so I am always looking for new ideas.
Most of the time I make cards and my favourite techniques are paper embroidery and iris folding. But here I also am looking for other techniques. I also make altered books, altered rooftiles, fimo clay puppets, sometimes I work with plastic canvas or salt dough.
I once even made a oilpainting after some lessons from my brother (Yes creativity runs in the family lol) I also decorated candles by using an embossing pen carving a pattern on the candle
and then filling it with liquid wax.
About me I live in The Netherlands, I am 47 old and I have a son who is 20 now.
The other family member is my cat Tom who I adopted 2 years ago.
I work in a nursinghome on a floor with demented elderly. Most of the time I help them
with eating and drinking. For the rest I like singing (I sing in a choir at church).
